If you initiate a chargeback you agree to be liable for the following charges our collection agency will submit and : original value of the agreed payment any and all legal fees; a $250.00 USD administrative fee (non-refundable); a $200.00 USD chargeback complaint fee (non-refundable); and a $200.00 USD recovery fee (non-refundable). NO EXCEPTIONS, all FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE without exception and regardless of the outcome of the chargeback or complaint case.
In the event of a chargeback being raised, Executive Choice may at our sole discretion, provide all relevant information to a third party for the purposes of recovering the debt, or for the pursuit of civil or criminal proceedings and/or prosecution. Information provided will include personally identifiable information, including, but not limited to, Name, Address, IP Address, Credit Card information, and any additional information found from, or provided by, other sources.
